Please read our Vision document. Your family will be asked to sign your support of it. Upon receipt of your application, you will be contacted to arrange for an interview. The focus of the interview will be to review both your and the school’s expectations. The application for school society membership and the enrollment of your child or children is subject to approval by the Board of the Fort McMurray Christian School Society.

A completed application includes:

• One signed Student Application Form for each child. If there is more than one child, only one student application form must include family and general information.
• A non-refundable application fee of $50
• One Annual Society Membership Form
• One Volunteer Form
• A photocopy of your child’s birth certificate
• A Pastor's Letter of Recommendation Form, or equivalent letter of reference from your pastor
• A copy of the student's recent report card, if possible

The forms may be faxed, mailed or dropped off at the school, and cheques should be mailed to the school or dropped off in person.
